Open air cinema at the MCG

Melbourne's most iconic open air cinema is back for two nights only this summer at the 'G.

Two of the biggest movie blockbusters will be screened on the scoreboard for a perfect evening of entertainment.

Book in to watch Rocketman on the MGC lawn on Friday 14th February. The gates open at 6.30pm, so pack your blanket and a pillow, and claim your spot on the grass early.

Planetarium Nights events include fulldome shows, plus a special live dome presentation of Melbourne's night sky, highlighting ancient love stories from the celestial past.

In addition to the two shows, Starlight (7.30pm) and Particle/Wave (9pm), try some outdoor stargazing with telescopes on the arena (weather permitting), sip on love-themed cocktails or get to know each other even better with the famous ‘36 Questions to Fall in Love’.
