Warrandyte Community Church, in conjunction with the local churches of Warrandyte, presents the Warrandyte Community Carols. This year, the annual Community Carols will be held at Stiggants Reserve, and it is looking to be a fantastic way to enjoy the festive atmosphere with your family and neighbours.

At around 7.15pm, the evening will start with Warrandyte CFA escorting our very special guest from the north pole. Santa will be doing a lolly toss, so kids, reach your hands out and catch as many as you can.

At 7.30pm, The Maroondah Singers & the Eltham Concert Band will kick off the musical proceedings with a medley of Christmas favourites to put us all in the Christmas mood.

This is followed by an amazing selection of singers such as Agnieshka Markwell, Nadia Migliardi & the Amore Duet who will sing a selection of long-established Christmas Carols including Silent Night & O Come all ye faithful.

Also, the Warrandyte Bush Band lead by Warrandyte legend Kevin O’Mara will sing some classic Christmas songs accompanied by some historic bush instruments. This is bound to bring a beaming smile to all of us.

So, come on down this Saturday evening with your picnic basket and picnic mat. Bring your dinner or purchase some food and drinks from the food trucks. Donations will also be accepted during the performance for the annual Christmas Bowl Appeal.

While you are in the area, why not check out the nearby wonguim wilam playspace before heading over to the carols.
