If you've yet to take the kids to see ACMI's Wallace & Gromit and Friends: The Magic of Aardman Exhibition, there's still time.

The much loved exhibition will run for an extended season and you now have until the 29 January 2018 to catch it.

This remarkable display of works features some 350 objects from the arguably one of the best animation studios in the world; the British Oscar winning Aardman Studio.

The Melbourne Crochet Club meets on a regular basis to learn crochet, meet other local mums, and to have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along.
You and your family are invited to a Photography for Parents Workshop on Sunday 28th April 2019 at Fitzroy Gardens.
The exhibition includes clay figures, sketches, storyboards and snippets from stop-animation film sets such as the Shaun the Sheep the Movie, Chicken Run, The Pirates! Band of Misfits, Flushed Away and (of course) Wallace & Gromit.

After being inspired by Aardman's masterpieces, walk into your own mini studio and get to work on your own little claymation story. Included within the exhibition's entry fees is the use of clay and stop-animation software, available for public use at the rear of the gallery. This is a manned area, with ACMI staff on hand to help you. Once you've finished your animated video, email it to yourself and share with your friends & family!

Even if your children are not overly familiar with Aardman's work, you will all leave knowing much more about the studio's achievements and will most certainly be in awe of the ridiculously tiny yet perfect sets!
