Anthony Callea's 2013 album This Is Christmas charted in ARIA’s top 40 and featured Silent Night and Amazing Grace. The album celebrated his 10th anniversary performance at Melbourne’s Carols by Candlelight.
Joining Anthony Callea's powerful vocals will be leading Australian theatre performer Rhonda Burchmore, who will feature as a guest star in This Is Christmas at The Palms. Rhonda recently starred as the lead character in Melbourne stage show Jerry's Girls. The stage star also received the OAM award in 2014 for her service (30 years) to performing arts, and won Female Vocal Performer of the Year at the MO Awards and ACE (Australian Club Entertainment) Awards in 2002 and 2012.
Patrick Roberts will also join Anthony Callea on The Palms stage. Patrick Roberts is an internationally acclaimed violinist, known for his flamboyant musical style, blending classic with contemporary instrumentals.
This is Christmas at The Palms will open on Thursday 10 December and run until Saturday 12 December 2015 (three nights only). Doors open at 6:45pm for drinks and pre-show entertainment, ready for the show to begin at 7:30pm.
