Physical Culture (physie) is an unique dance sport which combines ballet, jazz, aerobics, gymnastics and hip hop into one FUN dance class.

Classes at Stonnington Dance and Physical Culture strive to increase strength, flexibility, fitness, coordination and posture through choreographed dance routines. All choreography is age appropriate and performed to modern music.

The moto of physie is to empower girls for life via teaching them confidence and strength, alongside developing other fundamental dancing skills such as posture and rhythm.

Physie is the only dance sport with variety, where girls can learn five kinds of dance and exercise in every class. It's twice the fun at half the price!

Classes start from 3 years through to ladies. All classes are taught by two highly experienced teachers; Kathryn Taylor and Tracey McConnell. For details on class age groups and times, see here.

At only $8-10 a class, and no costumes or shoes to purchase, it is afforable for everyone!

"My six year old, who would barely say hello to people, has found confidence and vibrance through physie. Even her engagement at school has improved, it's been amazing." - Happy Mum
