Steptember is a fun way to get active and, better still, raise money to support people with cerebal palsy.
How does it work? You will need to grab 3 of your friends or family members together and register your team.
All you have to do then is 10,000 steps each day from 1-28th September. You will be sent a pedometer when you sign up which will measure your steps. You will need to record your daily steps.
You will also be asked to encourage you friends and family to sponsor you for your efforts. Every dollar you raise will provide vital equipment, therapy and services to children and adults living with cerebral palsy.
