Planning an evening city trip with the kids but you're not sure where to eat? Stop your search and head straight to Soprano's Restaurant & Pizzeria on City Road, Southbank.
Soprano's Restaurant & Pizzeria
This cosy Italian restaurant is a mere stone's throw from Eureka Tower, so if you're planning a trip up to the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere (or even if you're not), make sure you book into Soprano's too.
Unlike other restaurants along Southbank, many of which are extremely busy and expensive, Soprano's Restaurant & Pizzeria is away from the crowds and exceptionally well priced for the area.
The Melbourne Crochet Club meets weekly to learn crochet, meet other Melbourne mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
Soprano's Restaurant & Pizzeria is a family run business, the current owners took over the eatery some 10 years ago.
The menu offers incredible pizzas, traditional for the simpler tastes and gourmet for the more adventurous as well as pasta dishes and savoury side dishes.

For the kids, obviously your choice might be different to ours but the Margherita is always a winner. We found one pizza between the two kids enough, particularly as they wanted a dessert too. Soprano's special Nutella pizza won the prize for the 'best ever' on the night and quite rightly so.
