A parenting-support service working with you and your family to provide positive solutions to a range of issues and challenges.
It’s no secret that parenting can be hard work, and sometimes, parents just need a bit of extra support.
Sleep Gems is a professional and practical support service for families that covers a range of issues from sleep to behaviour, all in the comfort of your own home.
Sleep Gems’ founder Lisa provides a holistic, hands-on approach to parents of babies and young children. They acknowledge and understand that parenting can be difficult and work towards positive strategies in the following areas:
Sleep routines and settling strategies
Feeding issues and introduction to solids
Early learning and play ideas
Behaviour management and guidance
With over 25 years experience in the early childhood profession plus children of her own, Lisa has gained a wealth of knowledge about sleep settling and childhood behaviours. She has worked with clients from a vast range of backgrounds and demographics, both in their homes and in a sleep school environment.
Lisa’s philosophy is that the parent is the expert in caring for their own child and managing their children’s individual strengths and abilities, but sometimes we all need a bit of help!
Sleep Gems is a means of outside support when children challenge parents with unsettled behaviours such as sleep patterns, feeding issues and tantrums.
There are two packages available, both of which include face-to-face visits, telephone consultations and email support between visits.
Sleep Gems follows the guidelines used in current 'Attachment Theories, where the relationships and mental health of the baby or child and parents are being constantly considered.
You can read some fantastic testimonials on the website and get in contact today - it might be the best parenting decision you ever make!
