School Holiday Yoga Fun at Little Yogis and Co

School holiday yoga where the kids can learn about mindfulness, increase flexibility and have fun.

Little Yogis and Co is inviting your youngest family members to a unique and fun school holiday activity at The Enchanted Studio in Ravenhall.

Little Yogis and Co offers yoga for children and young people. Children aged four and over can take part in school holiday fun while learning about self-awareness, resilience and body control.

The sessions will include a range of fun activities that include Opening Circle and Meaningful Question, yoga games, yoga art and finished off with wind down, relaxation and mindfulness activity.

These fun school holidays will take place from 10:15am to 12noon on the below dates:

Tuesday, 24th September
Wednesday, 25th September
Tuesday, 1st October
Wednesday, 2nd October

Little Yogis and Co aims to create a positive, fun and open space to introduce children to yoga, mindfulness and holistic education.

They want to provide children with the tools they can use throughout their lives, enhance their creativity and flexibIlity, introduce new patterns of behaviour that will help them feel motivated and free.

Little Yogis’ teachers treat every child as an individual. They offer programs in small groups so that Yoga Teachers have more individualised time with each little yogi.

Through Yoga age-appropriate music exercises, empowerment techniques, art and creative therapies, Little Yogis and Co is a way for children to explore mindfulness, learn and have fun!
