Advice Needed - Mitcham Private Perinatal Mental health Unit

Has anyone been to Mitcham Private Perinatal Mental health unit (or any perinatal unit in Melbourne)? What have your experiences been? I am suffering from PNA/PND that is exacerbated by a generally unsettled bubba that doesn't sleep well. Did they help with sleep and settling or will I need to go to sleep school down the track? Hoping to hear some positive stories that have helped Mums & bubs 😊
