The beautiful State Library Victoria in the heart of Melbourne will host a Silent Disco Party for preschoolers on Tuesday 21 November.
This one-off fun musical event for kids makes up part of the 2017 Melbourne Music Week program and will run directly after the library's ever popular Storytime activity.
Kids Silent Disco Party at the State Library Victoria
Unless you've been dancing under a rock for the last decade, you will know that a silent disco means donning a pair of wireless headphones and grooving to the sound of your very own beats.
At this fun Kids Silent Disco Party, three to five year olds will be guided by a trained disco master who will coordinate activities, so that tots can get down and boogie to a selection of musical beats.
Don't forget this a silent
disco. It is after all a dance party within the central library of the state of Victoria. The State Library of Victoria will therefore maintain its hush state whilst the little ones throw some shapes in the air.
The Kids Silent Disco Party at State Library Victoria is a free activity, but registration is necessary. Go to the Melbourne Music Week's website here
