Otostick® Baby: Ear Correctors

by BecSorby (follow)
A non-invasive, instant solution to protruding ears for children.

If your child has prominent ears that protrude, their confidence and self esteem can well and truly suffer as they get older. Any parent simply wants the best for their child, and Otostick® Baby is the best solution for protruding ears for children.

Otostick® Baby is an instant, permanent solution to lessen the effects of protruding ears for babies and children aged 3 months to 3 years, when little ears are still malleable.

You and your family are invited to a Photography for Parents Workshop on Sunday 28th April 2019 at Fitzroy Gardens.
The Geelong Crochet Club meets on a regular basis to learn crochet, meet other local mums, and to have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along.

Otostick® was invented by a mother as a non-invasive solution to her own daughter’s protruding ears. Each Otostick® Baby Ear Corrector is made of transparent silicone and is a hypo-allergenic prothesis for external use that is discreet and painless, making it ideal for babies and young children.

How Does It Work?

With regular use for a minimum of 12 months, Otostick® Baby has been proven to permanently reduce the angle of prominent ears. The correctors are stuck to the area behind the ear and the contiguous area of the head using a special adhesive which keeps the ear in a suitable position naturally.

Microsoft, in conjunction with MEGT, is offering an exciting career pathway for anyone looking for a new career, or returning to work.

When applied correctly, each dressing lasts 3 to 7 days and the correctors will not irritate your baby’s sensitive skin. Plus, it is almost invisible and water resistant, meaning it can be worn in the bath or shower.

A Spanish paediatric study published in July 2016 showed evidence of Otostick® Baby leading to permanent correction in children aged between 3 months and 6 years.

90% of subjects aged from 3 months to 72 months obtained a correction of between 3mm and 10mm after using Otostick® Baby for a period of 12 months.

The alternative to Otostick® Baby is a permanent surgical solution known as otoplasty. This procedure is not offered as an option for children aged under 6 and in most cases, further surgeries are needed. There is also the risk of permanent scarring.

What about adults?

Otostick® is available for adults, but the effects are not permanent. It may be helpful to adults who are considering otoplasty but would like to see the effects before committing to surgery.

Otostick® is an easy, practical and comfortable way to eliminate the effect of prominent ears for children.
