Help please!

I've just found out my sister (mother of 2 young children) has a 'fan's only' twitter page and, is essentially, an online sex worker. This has escalated from gaming online which started 5 years ago where she became immersed in an 'online reality' - disconnecting with her friendship group and the 'real world'. I can't beleive it's now come this far and am worried at the thought of what may come next.

I'm so torn as to whether or not I should tell our parents. The thought of being the one who breaks the news to them terrifies me.... how do you tell someone that this is what their daughter is doing!? It would absoloutely crush them. Should I just keep it to myself and tell her I think she needs to seek professional help? I'm leaning towards the latter... which is why I'm seeking recommendations for a mental health retreat where attendees don't have access to their phone/social media, which also has psychologists/psychiatrists on-site and provides self esteem/self-worth building type activities etc.

Also seeking recommendations for a good psychologist/psychiatrist in Melbourne/Yarra Valley area.

If I at least tell her I'm worried about her and provide these resources and encourage her to take that course of action, then the ball's in her court. I understand she's still an adult and can make her own choices but I'm so shocked by this and know how much distress it would cause our family if anyone else found out.

What do I do!??
Would really appreicate the recommendations as above please.

And please, no nasty comments, I'm just after help not judgement.
