The Microsoft Traineeship Program is open to anyone who want an exciting new career that pays well and provides challenging, varied work.

Mum Emily Smith is a Microsoft trainee with Wink. Here is what Emily had to say about the program:
”I decided to pursue the traineeship whilst raising a 2-year-old. I thought it would be a great opportunity to gain on-the-job experience, study and gain a qualification.”
This is a paid traineeship for two years. During that time, you will earn as you learn, applying the skills and knowledge from your formal training to your daily work.
Trainees will be enrolled with TAFE and work towards a nationally accredited Certificate IV in Information Technology.
What you will receive from the traineeship:
Paid on-the-job experience within the Microsoft Australia network
A Certificate IV in Information Technology delivered by TAFE
Industry-recognised Microsoft Certifications, including a specialisation in Cloud Skills as part of the Azure Administrator Certification Track
A strong foundation in all aspects of IT and emerging technology and;
Expert support from MEGT, Microsoft Australia and TAFE every step of the way.
