Fitness Reformer Pilates Classes, Prenatal, Postnatal and Over 50ís. $216 for 6 classes or $39 for casual sessions . There is on-site child minding which costs $12 per casual session, or $66 for 6 classes.

Fit Mums is a combination of cardio & weight training, it's a fun, family friendly class done in a park environment whilst the kids play. It costs $20 per session or $85 for 8 sessions.

"Is the best group fitness training I've been to. Free kids room with TV, toys and heater/AC that you can use during any class. A dedicated 'Mums with Prams' class Tuesday mornings, wheel your bub with you around the circuit class. The coaches are super friendly and cater to all ages and ability levels. Terrific Fitness also has Kids Fitness Classes Wednesday's and Saturday's. Ages 2-12 years. My 2.5 year old LOVES her class and looks forward to it every Saturday morning." - MMG member
