Melbourne mumpreneur Beatriz, came up with the idea of a city based kid friendly networking / meetup group.
The Melbourne 'Mums in Business' meet up, is an opportunity for stay-at-home mums, freelancers and mums looking for business opportunities, to meet, share experiences, network and even team-up and share referrals if working in a similar line of business.
Whether you work for Avon, you are a Thermomix Consultant, a Younique or Arbonne Representative, a freelancer or a business owner, or even a professional mum on maternity leave willing to explore business opportunities (either temporary or permanently) this meet-up may be for you.
The Melbourne Crochet Club meets weekly to learn crochet, meet other Melbourne mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
Bring your kids, your business card or simply your ideas, questions and experience to share with other mums (including those temporarily on maternity leave), and those who wish to stay connected with the professional/business world.
This is initially a casual event but could evolve to weekly, fortnightly or monthly catch-ups. The idea is to collaborate with each other, share referrals, and discuss relevant topics and challenges we may be facing in our businesses.
All of the above will be set up in a child friendly environment, in a reserved space in which mums and entrepreneurs come together.
If you are interested in coming along to the Melbourne 'Mums in Business' meet up, contact us via Melbourne Mums Group Facebook Page and we will put you in touch with Beatriz, or comment YES on the post relevant to this page in Melbourne Mums Group Facebook Group and introduce yourself, your business or what you do.
One of the world’s most famous stories is being brought to life this summer by Playhouse Pantomimes! Join them on a magical journey through a mystical world in their mesmerising current production of 'Alice in Wonderland.'
Dining out with the kids is not always easy, but it can be even harder trying to find family-friendly options when you are vegetarian, vegan, paleo or gluten free. If you can relate to this, make Plant Based Mum your go-to blog.
