Are you looking to find a new hobby, to reignite that creative spark, and to make new friends?
The Melbourne Crochet Club meets fortnightly to learn crochet, meet other Melbourne mums, and to have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
During this 3 hour class at an inner-suburb cafe, you'll be guided by professional instructors Jenny or Carolyn, who can help you learn from scratch if you're a beginner. They also have a range of other projects for the more experienced to try and learn new skills.
You are also most welcome to bring your baby and toddlers along (or not!) if they are happy to sit and entertain themselves.
A hot drink is included in the price. When booking please indicate if you would like hooks and yarn included (for a little bit extra), or you can bring your own.
All mums with an interest in crochet (whether you have been to a meetup or not) are also invited to join the Melbourne Crochet Club Facebook Group where you can share your crochet projects, find inspiration, make mummy friends, and also just have a good yarn!
When: The next Meetup class is on Sunday 7th October and the next Beginners Class is on Saturday 13th October.
Where: Choose between the CBD or Fitzroy
Price: $35pp for a Meetup and $55pp for a Beginners Class
