Introducing non-surgical facelifts from Chelsea Costmetics.
When it comes to facial cosmetic enhancements, Dr. Mark Attalla finds that clients generally have the same concerns. They’re at the age where there’s noticeable wrinkles on their face, but hate the idea of going under the knife and hiding eye bruises from family and friends for weeks on end. Many are too scared or not bothered to go through with cosmetic surgery. So the engineers listened - and developed what is called ‘Ultherapy’ - a non-surgical face lift.
We’ve got your attention now don’t we... It’s as great as it sounds, so let’s go exploring what it does - and how quickly you can sign up.
What is Ultherapy?
Ultherapy is non-surgical, non-invasive face lift treatment that strengthens skin all over your face. It uses focused ultrasound technology to deliver heat, stimulating collagen and elastin development to lift and tighten skin. The procedure targets muscles, skin, and wrinkles, creating firmer skin that is less likely to sag and wrinkle. If you are confused by the fancy terms - all you need to know is - no cuts, no downtime, and a quick process of 30-90 minutes per session.
If you hate the idea of a bare white room and a scalpel, and the process of any procedure scares you, luckily, this one is as easy as popping in for a GP check up. You can even get it done over your lunch break at work if you so wish. First, your skin will be checked so we can address any concerns you have or areas you want prioritised. Then, your face will be cleaned, and ultrasound gel applied before the system is positioned against your skin and delivered to the targeted areas. It can feel somewhat tingly, but not too painful. It’s a fairly fast procedure, lasting between 30 to 90 minutes (depending on how many places are being treated) without any downtime after. Each person will require a different amount of repeat sessions depending on your body’s capacity to produce new collagen.
Ever been told “it will take time to show results”? Fortunately, initial skin tightening after Ultherapy is visible straight away. After your procedure, further changes can happen as quickly as a couple days, or up to three months later. Whilst the lasting effects can differ from person to person, it usually takes about two years before needing a new treatment. Patients can expect their skin to look rejuvenated, younger and healthier - something we all try (but usually fail) to be every day.
If you’re worried about cosmetic surgery but keen to give facial enhancement a go, Ultherapy is the perfect middle ground. The best part is, it won’t break your bank, so you can try it without living in fear of wasting money.
