A beautiful early learning centre conveniently located in the CBD.
Kids Club has introduced its first premium Early Learning Centre to Victoria. Kids Club Kensington is a beautifully restored 1920s heritage-listed building in Melbourne’s CBD, providing high-quality childcare services in a state-of-the-art learning environment.
Renee Elliott, Kids Club Kensington Centre Director, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the early childhood learning centre.
"I have seen, firsthand, that fostering an environment of open communication builds a framework of success for not only the child, but all involved. Therefore, I will work engage closely with my team, families and the community to formulate high-quality programs and enriched learning environments that build confidence in your child to be able to lay a foundation of success that will impact the later years of their life," Renee says.
Kids Club centres pride themselves on providing the highest quality education and care to children. The Education for Life Program has been created to extend on the principles and practices of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Australia’s national curriculum framework for early childhood education. This program covers 7 key learning areas including exploration, community and culture, mind and body, scholastics, creative, and thinking skills.
A team of handpicked educators are the most important asset of any Kids Club Centre. They deliver, with the support of the management team, a loving, challenging, secure and nurturing environment.
Kids Club Educators are caring qualified professionals, with the ability to identify teachable and learning moments. With this ability, they embed the Education for Life program in everything they do, from setting up the wondrous play spaces to encouraging positive interactions amongst the children each day.
"All Kids Club educators are carefully selected to provide an environment that fosters positive and meaningful interactions while providing children with effective role models," Renee says.
‘The environment is the third teacher’ is a philosophy that rings true in every element of a Kids Club Centre. All rooms and outdoor playscapes are designed to promote exploration, respond to individual interests, needs and create room for social interaction and imaginative play.
The learning environments are continually being updated and rearranged to ensure the children are always engaged in new exciting activities.
"Here at Kids Club Kensington, all factors will constantly evolve and enhance the learning and
development of the children. Kids Club Kensington is a learning sanctuary, not only for children
but for families and educators too," Renee says.
