Celebrate a COVID-safe Halloween with your kids

Celebrate a COVID-safe Halloween with your kids this year with a full day of super fun and spooky online Halloween activities!

Hosted by Kew Junction and True Fairies, kids will love getting into the Halloween spirit at home, even if it is being celebrated a little bit differently to previous years.

What will be happening?

There is a full schedule of free online Halloween activities for kids to get involved in on Saturday, 31 October. These include:

10AM - Halloween Pumpkin Carving

11AM - Witchety Woo Spell Books

12pm - Edible Halloween Treats for All Ages

1PM - Halloween Mask Making

2PM - Spells Class

3PM - Online Disco

All these events will be live streamed through Kew Junction's Facebook Event Page. This page will include more information on the event, and how to take part in the live stream. Donít forget to RSVP as going so you get notifications when the event goes live!

There is also information on the Kew Junction website on what you will need to get involved in each activity, so you don't have any disappointed ghosts or ghouls.

The best part of the day is, if you miss any of these activities live, you can still access the recording in this event later! The only exception is the online disco, as this will be via Zoom, in a link shared on the day.

That sounds amazing, is there anything else happening?

Yes! There will also be:

A dress up competition running on the Kew Junction Facebook Page for kids, families and pets! Check this page on Halloween morning to find the competition post to enter.

Superheroes, princesses, cartoon characters and more will be delivering lolly bags to 1000 kids within 5km of Kew. You will need to register for this, and it is while stocks last. Head to the Kew Junction website to find out more.
