International Academy of Musical Arts: Melbourne Music Camp

by BecSorby (follow)
An Easter school holiday four-day music program designed to help students accelerate their skills.

Is your child passionate about music? The International Academy of Musical Arts' Melbourne Music Camp is a fun, non-residential program that can help your young budding musician accelerate their studies over 4 days during the Easter school holidays!

Melbourne Music Camp is open to all junior musicians aged 6-16 years. Not only is this intensive, educational program designed to help children improve and consolidate their individual music studies, it is also a fun school holiday activity where they can meet other young musicians.

Taught by highly-experienced university lecturers and A.M.E.B. examiners, students will improve their aural, sight-reading, general knowledge and performance skills through a variety of workshops, masterclasses and a mini concert.

With four days of study from 9:30am to 3:30pm daily, mums and dads can have some well-deserved me time during the school holidays too!

Applications close on 9 March, and accepted instruments include piano, violin, and viola. Music students of all levels encouraged to apply, but be quick, as there are only limited places available and acceptance will be based on a first-come first-served basis.

Interested to read more or book your child's place? Check out the website see how the program will help their musical skills and confidence soar!
