Family Events in Melbourne This Week (Monday 5th of March - Sunday 11th of March)

Immerse yourself in Latin American, Portuguese and Spanish cultures throughout the day with delicious BBQs, street food, music, dance performances and workshops for the entire family to enjoy, while roaming the unique craft stalls.

Imagine four jam packed days of carnival rides and games, kids' activities, nightly fireworks, water sports, spectacles, and much more.

With a lineup of 30 plus donuts, sweet and savoury food and beverage vendors, a kids' entertainment area complete with jumping castle and temporary donut tattoo parlour, live local music and DJ Jon Bling on the decks, there's plenty to keep you entertained and fed.

This year's festival, being held from Saturday 10 March to Monday 12 March, features an exciting line up of entertainment, activities, gardening tips and talks, culinary delights and celebrity guests.

A day long traditional Turkish breakfast and numerous food stalls will entice the taste buds or bring back memories.

A seafood lovers delight, come along with family and friends to feast, dance and celebrate seafood to the sounds of Melbourne's hottest jazz.

This is a fabulous family day out, full of the thrill of spectacular and noisy flying displays by classic old aeroplanes, modern light aircraft and even a sprinkling of military muscle.

Twilight Mini Golf at Boneo Maze is suitable for all ages and abilities and there are 18 challenging holes on offer - why not team up with friends and family and battle it under the lights.

Entry is FREE and all are welcome to join in a range of tomato-themed interactive activities and sample delicious tomato-based dishes, desserts and drinks.

this unique one-hour workshop will see children improvise and develop their own work and enjoy creative play using props, costumes and mime.

Over the 3 days, there is plenty to see and do with a wide variety of exhibits and displays.

On Saturday there'll be plenty of entertainment for the kids along with face-painting and a Jumping Castle.

Family and friends can enjoy live music while you shop or sit down for a bit to eat from the food trucks.
