Melbourne, mark your calendars – The Big Top is back in 2017!

Cirque Du Soleil is set to return to Melbourne in January 2017 at Flemington Racecourse.

In a spectacular acrobatic performance entitled- ‘KOOZA’, expect to see a sparkling, vibrant tribute to the traditions of circus.

On Tuesday July 30th, IKEA Richmond is hosting a Safer Life at Home workshop to educate us parents and grandparents to prepare for life with our little ones.
The Geelong Crochet Club meets on a regular basis to learn crochet, meet other local mums, and to have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along.
KOOZA is exclaimed to be human effort in its most raw and purest form. It rediscovers the comedic value in the art of clowning and follows the journey of eccentric characters.

All the while incorporating over 50 acrobatic and musical artists, performing heart-stopping, white-knuckle antics to the live soundtrack of a funky fusion of jazz and bollywood music.

The show focuses on the fundamental human elements of circus, with electrifying acrobatics.
This will be Cirque Du Soleil’s 8th Big Top tour to Australia, and according to critics, it may well be the best show yet.

The New York Times had the following opinion:
“KOOZA, a back-‐to-‐basics affair, presents the usual rubbery contortionists, fearless tightrope walkers and other gravity-‐defying daredevils. But what is special about this new production is that Cirque introduces some carefully choreographed chaos and old-‐fashioned sideshow spark… the real pleasures are the genuinely funny clowns"

This promises to be a truly spectacular show, full of plenty of jaw dropping theatrics.

Cirque Du Soleil have proven time and again that their shows are unlike anything you have ever seen.

KOOZA is sure to be full of wonderment and will delight audiences of any age.

Tickets can be purchased from February 19th from or by phone on toll free 1800 036 685.
