Bring Me Home Box - Locally Sourced Produce and Protein To Your Door

by Sally Foster (follow)
Seasonal and restaurant quality produce, that is delivered straight to your door

Trying to stay healthy during lockdown can be difficult, especially with minimal chances to visit your favourite grocery store or farmers market. The offerings when you do get to go shopping can be bleak, and when food is such an important part of life, it is just another way us Melburnians can get a bit down.

Bring Me Home Box is your answer. A subscription service delivering boxes of local, in-season produce, and restaurant-quality meats to your doorstep, you will no longer miss out on the fresh and tasty food you love. And the food that Melbourne is known for.

Just four reasons to order a Bring Me Home box today:

As long as you live inside the delivery area, you won't need to pay any delivery fees for your food ever.

You are supporting a local business in a time where we most need to support each other.

Subscriptions are flexible and you can choose what you want. A mix of fruit or veggies or both, the choice is yours.

You are supporting the environment by reducing food waste. The boxes are filled with produce that would normally be supplied to restaurants and cafes but cannot due to COVID.

Bring Me Home works directly with local produce and protein suppliers, so you can be sure you are supporting a small business. All meats, fruits and vegetables that are locally sourced are delivered straight to your door in metro Melbourne.

Bring Me Home's mission is to reduce food waste in Australia, so that it benefits our environment. Pre-COVID, their app was used by tens of thousands of Melburnians to help fight food waste in restaurants and cafes. Since the beginning of the pandemic, (which has hit hospitality extremely hard), the waste has shifted to suppliers.

Countless produce and protein suppliers have been unable to sell to their clients due to restrictions, so some are forced to let perfectly good ingredients expire. By connecting suppliers directly with consumers by ordering a delivery box, food is not thrown out, and we can enjoy quality ingredients that usually get supplied to restaurants and cafes.
