We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who shares our passion for progress and is eager to be a crucial part of our future endeavours.
Your role will be pivotal in supporting our daily operations and ensuring our continued success.
We're looking for someone to effectively manage the day-to-day office operations, exceed our customers' expectations in customer service and care and drive customer loyalty.
Knowledge of the Plumbing/Trade industry is a benefit (but not essential).
We're offering good pay and casual hours (up to 15 hours a week) with the flexibility to work school hours.

Position: Administrative Assistant
Qualifications: Knowledge of the Plumbing/Trade Industry is a benefit (not essential).
Experience: Customer service history is essential.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Customer-focused.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
Excellent team and relationship-building skills.
Initiative and self-motivation.
Good at problem-solving – enjoys a challenge and takes ownership to find a solution.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment.
Wages: $30 - $40 per hour depending on level of experience.
Days/Hours: Casual up to 15 hours per week with the opportunity to increase.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and liaising with clients.
Assisting with scheduling and dispatch of the plumbing team.
Placing orders with suppliers.
Maintaining our online filing system and job scheduling software.
