It's been years since we've seen Silvers Circus perform, so over the winter school holiday break we booked the family in to see Silvers in Cheltenham.
We had such a great experience at Silvers Circus and can think of a many reasons why you too should take your children to see the show. Here are five reasons why you should consider booking your family a ticket to see Silvers Circus:
Exceptional Circus Talent From Ethiopia.
Silvers is always changing and new acts are introduced all the time. Recently, Silvers Circus has welcomed some remarkable talent from Ethiopia.
Yonnas on the unicycle
There's Yonnas who performs incredible tricks on his unicycle, and Nahom & Leul, two Ethiopian brothers who perform an incredible foot juggling act that will blow your socks off!
The Globe of Death
One of Silvers Circus' oldest acts is the high-adrenaline Globe of Death. This carnival stunt involves four stunt motorbike riders who race around each other inside a mesh sphere ball. The Globe of Death is an incredible act to watch, and the Silvers Circus crew have mastered it to perfection. There is an opportunity to meet some of the riders during the interval and at the end of the show.

The Wheel of Steel
Another long-term act at Silvers Circus is the Wheel of Steel. A nerve wracking act involving a large rotating apparatus on which two unharnessed circus performers leap and bound over the top and through each hoop.

Gypsy Gomez from Argentina is an acrobat with a knack for hula hooping! Her enthusiasm is infectious as she manipulates up to 80 hula hoops at once whilst balancing on a giant mirror ball. She is a joy to watch.
Big Top Experience
Silvers Circus offers you a true old school Big Top experience! Historically the circus has always performed under a Big Top marquee but in recent years, some shows have transferred to the theatre. While there is nothing wrong with the latter, the Big Top experience is exactly what you'd expect from a circus show and that's what you get with Silvers.
Do consider booking tickets to Silvers Circus; Australia's 40 year travelling circus currently performing in and around Melbourne.
