100 Day Fit Mamma Movement is an intensive 100-day, 1-on-1 online health and fitness coaching program for new mums, run by pre/postnatal exercise specialist Caidee.
Throughout the 100 days you will have full support from your pre/postnatal coach plus tailor made programs for your body’s nutritional and fitness needs.
There is no such thing as ‘one size fits all’. Caidee will work with each participant to design an effective exercise, nutrition and rehab program that suits you and your lifestyle, and can be adjusted along the way if needed.
You will also be sharing your journey with like-minded women with similar visions to your own. You can share challenges, wins and be accountable to one another with the help and support from your coach.
