Today I Am... Book Review

by Jacq_ (follow)
Writer, mum. Coffee lover @familydaytrippers

This delightful book of inspiration, is Melbourne author, Carmen Warrington's, latest offering of positive affirmations.

Carmen is an accomplished meditation artist, songwriter and author. She resides in Melbourne and through her business, Calm and Creative, runs workshops with focus on creativity and meditation for professional artists and people who want to experience and develop their innate artistic talents.

Her latest book, Today I am, is dedicated to bringing awareness to the richness of your inner world - to stop and appreciate the world in all its colours and contrasts.
You can turn to any page and feed your soul and nurture your spirituality.

With inspiration such as this - Compared to the ocean, a single raindrop seems insignificant, ridiculously small and inconsequential. But in the thirsty desert, a single raindrop is precious, life-giving and vitally important. To give something when and where it is needed is what really counts. Then it is a truly valued gift.
It really does make you think about the surrounding world in a different light.

Today I Am is available now here.
RRP $16.99
