TidyMe is Sydney’s leading online platform connecting people looking for home cleaning services with trusted independent cleaning professionals, who have now expanded to Melbourne.

Servicing CBD and Inner East/North suburbs of Melbourne. TidyMe is fast becoming the go-to service for busy Melbourne Mums.

The following review is written by Kate Gunn from Full of Grace Granola, who tells us of her experience with TidyMe:

--

I started using TidyMe because I realised that by the time I picked up my daughter from kindergarten and got home from work, the last thing I wanted to do was clean. I found that it was eating into valuable hours I could be spending with my children and making me stressed because I always felt that things could be cleaner or more organised.

I finally took the plunge and decided to outsource this aspect of my life. Now, I can't imagine life without a cleaner.

The TidyMe website was incredibly easy to use. From entering in the number of bedrooms and bathrooms I needed to get cleaned to finally booking my first clean was less than 5 minutes - including a quick question I made through their website's messaging service regarding the extra service of fridge cleaning.

I work full time and am not usually home during the day so I requested a lockbox so that a cleaner can have access to my keys. I also secretly liked the idea of having a someone clean my house whilst I was gone and I can look forward to coming back to a sparkling home! (Like, magic!)

On the day that Raphael arrived, I was running in and out with my daughter Claudia. He arrived at 3:30pm on the dot and was incredibly polite and friendly.

I had written specific requirements for the clean in the online notes when I made the booking and he immediately confirmed that he had read them and would do as requested.

He went to work immediately and started by vacuuming then mopping the floors. We have a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home and he worked through everything quickly and efficiently. He wiped down all surfaces so that everything was spotless by the time she was done. He also changed all the bedsheets and washed the dishes in the sink so it felt like I was coming back to a thoroughly organised home!

Not to mention, the place smelt like fruits and flowers because of the eco-friendly cleaning products that he used (method brand). It is a nice touch because I have a toddler and another one on the way so it just feels better knowing that they would not come into contact with harsh chemicals.

Overall, the work that he did was brilliant. It's far more thorough that I could have done, and it saves hours of my time each week. I am 100% happy with the standard of the clean and, from reading the reviews on their website from other happy customers, I have no doubt that it will continue.

Best of all, the team at TidyMe as so friendly and helpful, and I love that I can easily manage all my bookings and payments online. Thanks TidyMe - and all the best with your Melbourne expansion!
