The Dinner Ladies: Cook Now Eat Later

by Jacq_ (follow)
Writer, mum. Coffee lover @familydaytrippers
If you are tired of having to come up with dinner ideas after long, stressful days, when your patience is wearing thin; you really need to discover this amazing book by The Dinner Ladies.

The extremely-organised duo, Katherine Westwood and Sophie Gilliatt, have put together over 170 recipes that you can cook now and eat later.

All recipes can be prepared ahead of time and kept in the fridge of freezer until needed. Meaning that you can reclaim your evenings!

Included in this freezer-filling cook book are traditional favourites like, slow-cooked lamb shanks, hearty curries, healthy vegetable based meals; as well as delicious desserts like, raspberry and coconut crumble or chocolate mint honey pots.

The Dinner Ladies are extremely familiar with assorted tastes - as together they run a home-delivery service of healthy, home-cooked meals.

They cater for a wide range of appetites, so you can be sure that their book contains scrumptious recipes that the whole family will enjoy.

Each recipe contains detailed step-by-step instructions, and most have full page pictures accompanying them.

One of my favourite recipes is the Coconut Curry Lentil Soup. Delicious!

This book is a great time saver and would make a fantastic gift idea for a new mum!
